After buying the ticket you will get an email with a link. With this link you can access the stream. from: 17-11-2022 8pm CET and watch the concert in this period (+72 hours) as often as you want.

I have bought a ticket – What happens now?

With your order you will receive an email with a link. Click on the link to access the streaming page. You can already access the page, but the stream will go live from 17-11-2022 8pm CET.

How and when can I redeem the ticket?

From 17-11-2022 8pm CET your ticket can be redeemed on THIS PAGE. Here you can watch the show for the next 72 hours to stream the show at your leisure.

Can I stream on multiple devices at the same time?

YES YOU CAN! This allows you to start the show for example at home in your living room and continue watching on your cell phone while you’re on the go.

Can I only redeem my ticket on a specific day?

No! You can redeem your ticket for the entire period of 72 hours starting from 17-11-2022 8pm CET.

On which devices can I stream the show?

On your computer with your browser (current versions), via smartphones, SmartTV – or simply connect the computer to the TV via HDMI cable.

The stream does not work – where can I get help?

Can I watch with more than one person at the same time?

Of course you can watch the show with family and friends and celebrate the online concert together.

Can I give the tickets away?

Of course you can give your ticket away! Just pass it on.

Until when can I buy a ticket?

You can reserve a ticket during the entire period of the stream which is from 17-11-2022 8pm CET + 72 hours.

Where do the income go?

First of all, the production costs will be covered by the income. Secondly we’re saving up for a support tour which is a massive expense (think of €20.000/€30.000) per tour. Lastly it would be great if we can generate a little income for the team and musicians.

Can I still donate money during the event?

Of course! Every income helps us to finance the show, future plans and hopefully will also generate a little income for ourselves.
