Shipping time

We ship orders once a week.

Once an order is shipped, the shipping time is dependent per country due to a) distance, b) customs, and c) local mail service. We are based in The Netherlands. In our experience, average shipping times are as followed*:

– The Netherlands: ± 1/2 business days
– Rest of Europe: ± 1 week
– Rest of the world: ± 1 month
– South-America: ± 2 months

*These are average shipping times, but we’ve seen cases where it takes longer.


A pre-order item means that you purchase the item while we have not received the item ourselves yet, because it is currently being produced or yet to be produced. On the product page of the pre-order item it will be indicated when the estimated arrival date of the product is. Once we have received the product, we will ship out the pre-orders.

Please note that we only ship an order once the full order is available, meaning that if you order any non-pre-order items together with a pre-order item, both items will be shipped once the pre-order item arrived. If you don’t want to wait for the pre-order item, please put the non-pre-order item(s) in a separated order.

Track ‘n Trace

During your checkout you can choose between Standard shipping and Track ‘n Trace shipping. By default Standard shipping will be selected. Standard shipping does not include Track ‘n Track. In case you select Track ‘n Trace, you will receive a tracking link of your order once we’ve shipped your order. This link will be send to the email address that you used during checkout.

Return policy

To return your item(s), please contact us at We will provide you the details of how to return your item(s). Please note that you will have to pay the postage costs.

Once we received the item back, we will refund the costs of the returned item(s). In case you wish to exchange your item(s), please make a new order.

Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

In case you received the wrong item or the received item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at and we will arrange a replacement.


At this moment we only accept payments in euro’s (EUR / €). All orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will automatically deduct the correct amount from your bank account in your local currency.
